Ordering Information

All Eigenvector Research software can be ordered directly from us using the web form and secure on-line web payment (Credit Card or Invoice orders) or the address at the bottom of this page. You can also request a Quotation on-line through the same web-based form. Accepted methods of payment include VISA, Mastercard and checks drawn on US banks. Direct transfers to our bank account can also be arranged (contact us for details). EVRI will gladly accept company purchase orders from customers with established accounts and will deliver with an invoice. To establish an account with Eigenvector Research, please contact us by email or by phone at 509-662-9213.

For products not listed (such as recompilation licenses), please contact us directly at orders@eigenvector.com . Note that the PLS_Toolbox and Solo product licenses automatically include a one year maintenance agreement which gives you a full year of upgrades and support. The maintenance agreement page contains details on the agreement and renewals.

Returns Policy

Eigenvector Research Software may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by a signed statement that the software has been uninstalled and all copies of the software and documentation have been destroyed.
