Issue:

    Why does a cumsum error occurr when replacing missing data in Matlab 6.1 in the GUI (PCA mode)?

Possible Solutions:

    In Version 3.5 (and likely 3.0) of PLS_Toolbox, there is a bug in the replace function when run in Matlab 6.1. When the analysis GUI is replacing missing data, an error "Cumsum not defined for class uint8" appears. This bug was fixed in version 3.5.1 of PLS_Toolbox.

    Please contact Eigenvector Research for a patched version of the replace.m file.
