Why do I get an error that my license code is not valid?
Possible Solutions:

If you receive an error that your license code is not valid, please confirm you are using the correct license code for the version of the toolbox you are installing. The license code for a given version can be found on the Download tab when you log into your account. If you need the license code for an earlier version, click on the "[download older versions]" link below the product you are installing.
