Problems installing PLS_Toolbox on Matlab 7.0.

Early versions of Matlab 7.0 had serious problems. There were several Java implementation problems as well as other bugs that made these versions unusable for PLS_Toolbox. Version 7.0.4 was a free upgrade and fixed most of the problems and is verified to work with PLS_Toolbox.
